RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Namorra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.

14 DAY RETURN PERIOD

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if: 

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• Your item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

To request a return, please email support@namorra.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

All return requests are reviewed individually before approval.

CHANGE OF MIND

Returns requested due to change of mind, ordering the wrong product, ordering the wrong quantity or no longer wanting the product are not automatically accepted.

Namorra reserves the right to approve or decline such requests at its sole discretion. If approved, items must be unused, in their original packaging and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the item.
• Replace missing parts.
• Issue a partial refund.
• Issue a full refund.

Additional evidence may be requested before approval.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be complete, unused where applicable and returned in the condition received.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Customers should contact support@namorra.com before returning any item.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
