Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Contact Namorra within this period, then send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to return them. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Return eligible items complete and in the condition received. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. Original packaging is requested where reasonably possible, but is not required for a statutory cancellation. Exceptions apply, including personalised goods, perishables and certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed; see the full policy. These exceptions do not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

You are responsible for direct change-of-mind return-postage costs unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover the return costs required by law.

Refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order. Any express-delivery premium is not refunded unless required by law. There is no restocking or refund fee. Where law permits, a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of receiving the goods back or receiving proof they were sent back. Where law requires an earlier refund, the earlier deadline applies. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Your statutory rights

Our voluntary 30-day return-request window is in addition to your statutory rights. UK and EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for eligible online purchases and a further 14 days to return goods after cancelling. Statutory rights are not conditional on our approval.

Where the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, you normally have 30 days to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund. Other statutory remedies may apply after this period. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Read the full return and refund policy for eligibility, exclusions, return instructions and statutory remedies.
